As we're just a few days into the new decade, I'm reflecting on how ubiquitous Amazon has become in my life and the lives of those around me. As much as they've revolutionized the way I think about shopping, they've also revolutionized the way I must think about product liability. What responsibility does Amazon have to its customers when one of the products that are sold through their marketplace is faulty or downright dangerous?
